Step :1
Heat 2 tablespoon of ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts till it turns to golden brown.remove the cashew nuts from the ghee and keep it aside.
In the same pan add wheat rava and roast it on a medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until nice aroma comes out. | |
Step 2:
Add 3 cups of water to the wheat rava and mix it well.cover it with lid and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.Reduce the flame to low.
Take another pan,add jaggery with little water and melt it.strain the impurities.
Add jaggery into wheat rava and cook for another 5 minutes until it thickens a little.
Add cardamom powder, ghee and cashew nuts .Mix it well.
Wheat rava kesari is ready. | |
