PANEER FRIED RICE

Recipe Highlights
Quick lunch for kids.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 40 Mins
Basmati rice – 2 cup
Water –3 cups
Paneer – 1 cup
Carrot – 1/4 cup
Beans –1/4 cup
Capsicum – 1/4 cup
Cabbage – 1/4 cup
Spring onion – 3 finely chopped
Garlic- 2 teaspoon finely chopped
Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder – 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – to taste

Method
Step :1
Soak basmati rice for 30 minutes and cook it in a pressure cooker for  a whistle and reduce the flame to low and cook it for 10 minutes.switch off the flame.Once the pressure from the cooker completely released,open the cooker and spread the rice in a plate and let it cool down completely.

Step 2:

Heat oil in a pan add garlic,spring onion and fry for a minute.Then add carrot,beans,capsicum and cabbage and fry for 3 to 4 minutes in a high flame or until it cooked.Now add Paneer, soya sauce,pepper powder and salt.
Add the cooked rice and mix it well. Finally add some spring onions for garnishing.
serve hot.

Paneer fried rice is now ready to serve.
