CAULIFLOWER 65 / GOPI 65

How to make Cauliflower 65
Recipe Highlights
Cauliflower 65 / Gobi 65 is a delicious recipe
Ingredients Cooking Time : 30 - 45 Mins
Cauliflower – 1 (Medium size)
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Chill powder – 1/2 to 1  teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste – 3/4 teaspoon
All purpose flour / Maida – 1/2 cup
Corn flour – 2 teaspoon
Curd / Yogurt – 2 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Red color – a pinch
Oil – to fry



Method
Step :1
Chop cauliflower in to medium size florets and put it in a hot water for 3 to 5 minutes and strain the cauliflower

Step 2:

Prepare the masala. as follows.
Take a bowl first put turmeric powder, then chili powder,ginger garlic paste,all purpose flour,corn flour,color powder,salt and yogurt.Mix it well.

Step 3:

Put the cauliflower and mix it and then Leave it to marinate for 30  minutes.

Step 4:

Heat oil in a pan and put the cauliflower one by one.Deep fry the cauliflower, till it becomes crisp.

Cauliflower 65 is ready to serve.
