FALAFEL

Healthy evening snack
Ingredients Cooking Time : 15 Mins
Chick peas – 1 cup
onion –1/2
garlic – 2 to 3 cloves
coriander  powder – 1 teaspoon
cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
redchilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
salt – to taste
coriander leaves
corn flour – 1 tablespoon
Oil – to deep fry

Method
Step :1
Wash and soak chickpeas for  over night.
Then drain the chickpeas.
Put the chickpeas in the mixer along with the remaining ingredients (except corn flour)and grind them in to a coarse paste.don’t add water.

Step 2:

Now add cornflour in to grinded mixture and mix it well.Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Then make small balls.
Heat oil in a pan.Deep fry the falafel balls till they are golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot

Falafel is now ready to taste.
