MOONGDAL LADOO

Ingredients Cooking Time : 10 Mins
Moong dal – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Melted Ghee 1/4 cup
Cardamom – 2 pieces
Broken cashew nuts - few

Method
Step :1
Dry roast the moong  dal on a medium heat until it changes to light brown in color and nice aroma comes out.
Transfer it to a plate and let it cool down completely.

Step 2:

Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts until it turns to golden brown. Keep it aside.
Take sugar and cardamom in a mixer and grind them into a fine powder.
In the same grinder add moong dal and grind them into a fine powder.
Sift the moong dal.add the powdered sugar, cashew nuts and mix it well.
Add ghee little at a time and start shaping ladoo.
Repeat the same procedure for the remaining flour.
Store it in an airtight container.

Moongdal ladoo is now ready to taste.
