KAMBU / PEARL MILLET LADOO

Healthy ladoo
Ingredients Cooking Time : 10 Mins
Kambu / Pearl millet – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Melted ghee – 1/4 cup
Cardamom - 2
Cashew nuts - few

Method
Step :1
Dry roast the flour on a low heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until nice aroma comes out.
Transfer it to a plate and let it cool down completely.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts until it turns to golden brown and keep it aside.

Step 2:

Take sugar and cardamom in a mixer and grind them into a fine powder.
Take a mixing bowl,add flour, powdered sugar, cashew nuts and mix it well.
Add ghee little at a time and start shaping ladoo.
Repeat the same procedure for the remaining flour.
Store it in an airtight container.

Pearl millet ladoo is now ready to taste.
