TOFU FRY

Recipe Highlights
Easy and healthy evening snack tofu fry.Tofu has high protein.Tofu is a complete diet because it contains everything that a body needs.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 10 Mins
Tofu – 1 pocket
Oil – 1 or 2 teaspoon
Soy Sauce – 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli Garlic sauce – 1 tablespoon
Salt – to taste

Method
Step :1
Take out the tofu from the box and using paper towel remove the moisture from the tofu.Cut them into small cubes

Step 2:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until it becomes light golden color in both sides.
Add soy sauce,chilli garlic sauce and salt and fry it for 2 minutes.Switch off the flame and Serve hot.

Tofu fry is now ready to serve.
