RAGI ROTI

Recipe Highlights
Healthy breakfast with ragi roti
Ingredients Cooking Time : 30 Mins
Ragi flour – 2 cups
Onion(finely chopped) - 1
Green chilli(finely chopped) – 4 to 5
Roasted peanuts( chopped) – 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Curry leaves - few
Oil- to fry
Salt - to taste

Method
Step :1
Add all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl except oil.
Mix it well.Now add water little at a time and make a soft dough.

Step 2:

Take a ziplock bag apply some oil on it.
Take big size dough and shape them into round shape balls.
Now place the dough on greased sheet and by patting it form it to a circle shape.
Heat  dosa pan in a medium heat and gently transfer the roti to the pan.
Once the roti turns to brown in color,apply oil to prevent from dry white patches.
once the roti turns to dark brown,flip it and continue to cook the other side for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove it from pan and serve it with your favorite chutney.

Ragi roti is now ready to serve.
